PAYMENT

* I accept all payments through PayPal and Stripe

* All prices are listed in CAD dollars

SHIPPING 

* All ready to ship items will ship 2-3 business days 

* Items ship through Canada Post and USPS 

* You will be notified when your item has been shipped

* All packages ship US/ International air

* Tracking is not included unless specified

* US and Canada shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days

* International orders can take up to 4 weeks. 

* Shipping times can be delayed due to holidays

* Please contact me if you require a tracking number or expedited shipping to make arrangements. You will be be invoiced the difference.

* Customs fees should they apply are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

CutieKatKat hopes you will enjoy your purchase and we always look to provide you with high quality products along with outstanding service. 

*If you are unhappy with an item for any reason and you would like to return the product for a refund, please contact me and arrange to return the product in the original condition within 5 days of receiving the item. The cost of the product minus shipping cost from the original invoice will be refunded if the return is acceptable. 

*If there is an issue with the purchase that does not result in a refund (such as dress/accessory product change) please feel free to contact me and we will work towards an acceptable solution. 

*Limited warranty is issued and honoured to the original buyer of the product and is non transferrable.

*Legal action can be taken if product is purchased for unauthorized duplication and/or reproduction.
